Why We Built This

The problem we set out to solve

Why international recruitment needed a fundamentally different approach.

Germany needs international nursing professionals. Those professionals deserve a structured, honest pathway — and hospitals deserve candidates who are genuinely ready, not just available.

We built a model that starts with preparation and stays involved through housing, mentoring, and integration — designed not just to fill vacancies, but to enrich the lives of candidates, employers, and the wider German healthcare community.

Vijay made the India-to-Germany journey himself, experiencing every gap firsthand. He founded GermanDrishty, now the training foundation behind Care and Grow, and built the A1–B2 language curriculum, Hybrid LMS platform, and cultural training model. He leads candidate preparation, training quality, and programme development. His vision: no candidate should arrive in Germany unprepared — and none should feel unsupported.

Zeyad scaled a company to 240 employees and €10M+ revenue in Germany, gaining deep insight into workforce integration. At Care and Grow, he leads commercial partnerships, ensures candidate quality, and oversees everything that follows arrival: recognition, housing, and ongoing monitoring. His conviction: a successful placement is not a signed contract — it is a professional thriving six months later.
